Can I withdraw JUSD or exchange it for cash or another bonus?

No. After you transfer JUSD to a trading account, you cannot send it back to the Reward wallet.

Why can’t I assign JUSD to some trading accounts?

If your profile is not fully verified, some accounts will not be eligible to receive JUSD. Complete the identity verification process, then you can assign JUSD to any account that qualifies.

Where can I see how much cashback I’ve received?

Open your Personal Area and go to the Reward wallet. The “Received cashback” section shows the total cashback you have earned.
