Main terms of the $30 Welcome Account

1. The Welcome Account Campaign is provided by Tickmill Ltd (regulated by FSA SC).
2. The Welcome Account is for introductory use only and is available to new clients from eligible countries who want to open a live trading account with Tickmill Ltd (FSA SC regulated).
3. Citizens of European Union countries are not eligible for a Welcome Account.
4. Expert Advisors (EAs) cannot be used on Welcome Accounts.
5. Existing Tickmill clients are not allowed to apply for a Welcome Account.
6. Each person can open only one Welcome Account.
7. The Welcome Account uses the same trading conditions as the live Raw account.
8. Clients can adjust the leverage on the Welcome Account, either higher or lower.
9. The Welcome Account is active for trading for 60 days from the opening date.
   After 60 days, trading stops, but the account stays open for another 14 days so you can request any eligible profit transfer.
10. The Welcome Account is available only in USD.
11. The Welcome Account is created automatically after the client fills in the registration form on the campaign page and the application is approved.
    Login information is sent to the email address used at registration.
    These details are only for the Welcome Account and do not provide access to the Client Area.
12. An initial free deposit of 30 USD is credited to the Welcome Account automatically.
13. Tickmill may deny a bonus request or block a Welcome Account if it detects a partial or full match of IP address or other evidence that several Welcome Accounts belong to the same individual.
14. The initial $30 bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred from the Welcome Account.
15. A minimum of 30 USD and a maximum of 100 USD of profit can be moved from the Welcome Account to the client’s Wallet with Tickmill Ltd.
16. Each client can submit only one request to transfer profit from the Welcome Account to the Wallet.
17. To move profit from the Welcome Account to the Wallet, the client must:
    • Register a Client Area account using the same personal data as used for the Welcome Account (name, surname, email, date of birth, phone number, and so on).
    • Upload all required identification documents so the Client Area account is fully verified.
    • Deposit at least 100 USD (or the equivalent in another currency) into the Wallet.
    • Make sure the new live MT4 trading account is not linked to any other promotions (such as a Rebate Campaign).
18. After funding the Wallet, the client must send an email to support@tickmill.com and ask for the profit to be transferred from the Welcome Account to the same Wallet where the deposit was made.
19. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
    If a third-party payment is detected, Tickmill may cancel the bonus at any time.
20. Once the profit transfer is processed, the Welcome Account is disabled, and no extra trading is allowed on that account.
21. The transferred profit from the Welcome Account is credited to the Wallet balance with Tickmill Ltd (FSA SC regulated).
    These funds can be withdrawn right away through any withdrawal method available in the Client Area.
22. All profits earned and transferred under the Welcome Account Campaign become invalid if the Welcome Account holder or the live MT4 Tickmill Ltd account holder (FSA SC regulated) has provided wrong, false, or misleading data during registration.
23. You cannot deposit additional funds directly to the Welcome Account.
24. Tickmill may disqualify any participant if it suspects any misuse or abuse of the campaign rules.
25. Hedging positions internally (across other Tickmill accounts) or externally (with accounts at other brokers) in a way that removes market risk is treated as abuse.
26. Using quote feed errors or any technical fault to create guaranteed profit, or any other fraudulent method, is also treated as abuse.
27. Tickmill has the right to change the campaign rules or stop the campaign at any time.
28. Any dispute or disagreement tied to the campaign will be reviewed by Tickmill Management.
    The company will choose the solution it sees as fairest for everyone, and that decision is final and binding.
29. By joining, clients accept that the data they provide during registration may be used by the company for the Welcome Account Campaign and for other marketing activities.
